Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related behavioral science course.
  • Experience

    • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on employee relations and HR operations.
    • Solid knowledge of labor laws, case handling disciplinary processes, manpower planning, and employee separation.
    • Experience managing employee councils or similar consultative bodies is an advantage.
    • Preferred Skills & Competencies

      • Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting employee separation data, trends, and HR metrics.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
      • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
      • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
