Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related behavioral science course.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in HR, with strong focus on employee relations and HR operations.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, case handling disciplinary processes, manpower planning, and employee separation.
Experience managing employee councils or similar consultative bodies is an advantage.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical skills, particularly in interpreting employee separation data, trends, and HR metrics.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
